Transforming Education through Transforming School

Bhumi’s School Transformation Project (STP) has achieved significant milestones this quarter, positively impacting numerous schools and students. Below is a detailed summary of our progress and achievements.

Key Statistics:

Schools Engaged: 178
Students Benefited: 76,223
Sessions Conducted: 1,519
Volunteering Hours: 624

Curriculum Development:

Our dedicated team took ownership of creating comprehensive lesson plans for grade-level curriculum, focusing on STEM models. These plans are aligned with the Tamil Nadu and Telangana state board curriculum, ensuring relevance and quality.

Training and Development:

L&D Sessions: Conducted specialized Learning & Development (L&D) sessions for STP trainers in collaboration with our internal Schools team.
- SEL Training: Delivered a 5-day Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) training program.
  - Batch 1: 18 trainers completed the training successfully.
  - Batch 2: 23 trainers are currently undergoing training.

District-wise STEM Engagement:

Coverage: Executed a one-week STEM engagement program across 5 districts, reaching 384 students.
Activities: Conducted STEM sessions that actively engaged students and culminated in a showcase event at the end of the week.
- Outcome: The event, held in May 2024, was a resounding success, with students enthusiastically participating and creating a variety of innovative STEM models.

Our initiatives, from curriculum development to collaborative partnerships and targeted training programs, have created a rich, supportive learning environment for thousands of students. We remain committed to transforming education and look forward to further achievements in the coming quarters.
