Water Source Protection

The Water Source Protection Project was initiated with the objective of conserving and protecting critical water sources to ensure sustainable access to clean and safe water for the target community. Despite the delay, important preparatory work has been undertaken to ensure readiness once funding is secured. Baseline information related to the targeted water sources has been partially compiled through preliminary observations and community consultations. Community leaders and relevant local authorities have been informed about the project objectives and have expressed strong interest and commitment to support implementation when it begins. This continued engagement has helped to maintain community ownership and trust, which will be critical for the success and sustainability of the project in the future.

The project team remains optimistic and actively engaged in fundraising activities.
