Volunteers of Dong Shan Community provide on-site services for the elderly which include hair cutting, doing housework and chatting. They persist in providing considerate services for the elderly weekly. The coverage of the services is comprehensive, helping many elders in need, even they have some emergency needs. Moreover, the members of the volunteer team are caring and considerate. In order to relief the elders’ depressed emotion and satisfy them, the volunteers always enlighten the elders by standing on the their point of view. Through on-site services, we understand their needs, so that the elderly can receive more care and attention. Simultaneously, we can contribute to our harmony society by improving the services.
