Launched during the last war, Operation Protective Edge (July-August 2014), Haverim's Art Therapy Workshop has been providing a welcome oasis of peace for soldiers, victims of terror attacks and civilians alike.

Every Wednesday afternoon our volunteer art teachers and students meet at the Rehabilitation Department of the Tel Hashomer (Sheba) hospital. They quickly set out the easels you've donated, together with the paints and brushes, and slowly slowly the artists come by.

Most have head or body injuries from accidents or terror incidents. Their lives have completely changed. Their families lives have changed. But one event remains constant: The Art Therapy  Workshop on Wednesday, at the department's mess hall.

Thank you.

We need very little to keep the workshop running, week after week. Your support helps us buy the simple art supplies we need.
