I trust this message finds you well during this season. We are pleased to provide you with our report updating you on the significant progress of the SHE CREATES CAMP. Your unwavering support has been instrumental in our success. We appreciate your continued partnership and commitment to our mission.
Please find the details of our progress outlined below.
The Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre (W.TEC) successfully trained 19 girls from various schools and diverse backgrounds but this year we plan to train about 40 girls from different local communities.
The 2025 She Creates Camp was centred around the theme "Byte by Byte: AI for action" The curriculum was designed to inspire and equip the girls with the knowledge and skills necessary to become tech creators and innovators.this year the camp is scheduled to hold on the 10th of August to the 23rd of August. The girls will be working in groups to build project like an automatic bin boat and a smart home energy optimizer.
This year's camp promises to be fun snd engaging bescuse of our seasoned professional facilitators who would teach sessions like gender snd lesdership, Web Development susing AI, Cybersecuriy, Data alanysi, content creation, Film making, AI and IOT.
