Our old vehicles are no longer safe. We need a 16 seater bus to transport our children safely. They have all come from abused or abandoned families and therefore we need a safe vehicle to transport them. They don't need any extra stress from unreliable transportation. Our roads are not the best and we need to transport to sporting events, doctors and outings safely.
Our current 2008 and 2009 6 seater vehicles can no longer be repaired due to the age of vehicles. We desperately need a 16 seater vehicle to transport our children safely.
The 2nd hand vehicle which would last the next 10 to 15 years if not longer. We could transport up to 15 children at a time to sporting events, doctors, dentists, counselling and outings.
The children will be transported in a safe and reliable vehicle. No further stress that the vehicle could breakdown on our rural roads or in the dark. We currently have up to 94 children that need transport from our foster homes and to sporting events and outings. Last year we only had 75 children. The current economically climate in South Africa is one of poverty which leads to alcohol abused and many of our children suffer from alcohol fetal syndrome and they need secure home & transport
