Greensleeves has raised most of the funds locally in South Africa.
Transport is really important for the children as we daily fetch over 80 children from our safe houses in the local communities. We also use our vehicle for taking food fromm our soup kitchen to the local community to feed over 450 children a day.. In some cases this is the only meal of the day for these children.
We use our teachers and volunteers to help man the soup kitchen as the number of children is growing daily where they are in need of food.
Many food donations come from East London which is 20km away and therefore our transport is vital to collect the donations.
Children need to be taken to doctors, counselling, dentists, sporting events etc so without the vehicle we are really battling.
