PrideNoShame is currently undergoing an important transition as we prepare to significantly scale up the project’s production capacity through the introduction of a new automated sanitary pad production machine. As an interim solution, PNS will purchase sanitary pads in bulk for distribution to women and girls in refugee communities, ensuring that access to menstrual products continues throughout the transition until the new production system is fully operational.
We also continue to support Messi, the child of Bia, one of our PrideNoShame employees. Messi lives with a severe spinal condition affecting his physical development and mobility. When our support began, he weighed approximately 8 kg. Through regular nutritional support, food deliveries, and medical follow-up, his weight has increased to approximately 19 kg. This remarkable progress is an important milestone in his ongoing journey towards improved health and well-being.
While PrideNoShame is preparing for its next chapter, our commitment to the women, girls, and families we support remains unchanged. By maintaining access to sanitary products during this transition and continuing to support vulnerable families such as Messi’s, we are ensuring that the project’s impact continues while we work towards a stronger and more sustainable future.
