Conclusion
HRFRA's initiative to provide legal and empowerment training to LGBTQ+ refugees is a critical component of its broader mission to protect and promote human rights in Rwanda. Through these efforts, HRFRA not only aids individuals in dire need but also contributes to the creation of a more inclusive and equitable society. The continuation and expansion of such programs are essential to address the evolving needs of LGBTQ+ refugees and to ensure that Rwanda remains a beacon of hope for those seeking refuge whose countries have a death sentence such as in Uganda for being an LGBTQ+ person.
