The purpose of this project is to equip hospitals, social institutions and Ukrainian citizens with the necessary medical devices, medicines, and tools to maintain the work of medical institutions in an emergency. Thanks to this project, we can save lives for Ukrainians in very difficult times.
During full-scale invasion Russia fully destroyed 144 medical institutions. Also more than 1000 hospitals are damaged and require significant funds for restoration. At the same time, a large number of Ukrainians moved to the west of the country, so the level of burden on medicine in the western regions increased significantly. Unfortunately, the medical system cannot withstand such a load and cannot serve such a large number of people.
This project secures vital medical equipment to enhance surviving hospitals' capabilities. From operating room lamps to medicines, these resources increase patient capacity. We can save lives and boost each hospital's outreach by ensuring free healthcare access.
All purchased equipment will stay at the medical institutions, so they would be able to continue serving Ukrainian communities, contribute to the improvement of Goal No. 3 of the Sustainable Development Goals and will provide permanent and stable access to free medicine to all strata of the Ukrainian population
