Thank you for supporting our campaign and helping us respond to urgent medical needs in Ukraine, including frontline regions. Thanks to your contributions, we were able to provide essential surgical equipment to a hospital that continues to work under the constant pressure of war.
Kharkiv: Supporting Surgeons on the Frontline
With the funds raised through this campaign, we purchased a set of laparoscopic and surgical equipment, including an aspiration–irrigation system (LAPOMED™ LPM-0511), trocar systems with magnetic valves, aspiration and irrigation tubing, adapters, and protective silicone caps. This equipment is critical for safe and effective surgical interventions.
All purchased items were transferred to the State Institution “V.T. Zaitsev Institute of General and Emergency Surgery of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine” in Kharkiv — a frontline city that regularly faces shelling and a high number of emergency surgical cases.
Thanks to this support, doctors at the institute can continue performing complex and urgent surgeries, improving patient safety and treatment outcomes even in extremely challenging conditions.
