Dear All Friends,
Warm greetings from Leyte. Once again let me express my gratitude for your continuing support to our food security via vegetable gardening and root crop production project. This program is indeed exemplary given that food is grown and harvested by the survivors in a daily basis. One can see our beneficiaries going to their gardens daily in order to select and harvest vegetables for their table. The gardens is becoming a natural food refrigerator for them, and the best thing is that it is organic and they are sure that it is not laced with harmful insecticides like the commercially-grown vegetables.
Now we are engaging the youths in the gardening activity so that they make use of their free time to productive purposes and so that they are not enticed to go to the city where they might be prey to criminal syndicates preying on young survivors.
Again thank you very much and hoping for your advocacy to our project. Our link is,

Very sincerely yours,
Cora
