Dear Global Giving supporters,
Thank you very much for your generous support of Brilliance and our Neonatal Jaundice Initiative. Since December 2010, we've made some exciting progress, from licensing Brilliance to Phoenix Medical Systems, a local Indian medical device firm, for manufacturing and distribution, to taking orders from local hospitals and clinics for the phototherapy device. We expect Brilliance to arrive in hospitals and clinics by July 2011. In addition, we have been working with leading NGOs and medical experts to update tendering specifications of photothreapy devices in India so that effective treatment will increasingly be a standard for all newborns with jaundice. Thank you again for your continued support and we look forward to sharing the year ahead with you!
