Amici di Raoul Follereau (AIFO India), Samruddhi Community Based Inclusive Development project Harohalli conducted “Anemia and awareness and screening program” in association with CHC Harohalli at Government First Degree College, Harohalli.
Anaemia and awareness and screening program was conducted in association with the Community Health Centre on 1st March 2019 at Government First Degree College in Harohalli. Dr Bhujabsli CHC Harohalli Before screening gave awareness talk about Anaemia, it complication and prevention. He also stressed the importance of nutritious food like dark leafy and vegetables and protein.
150 girl students were screened for Haemoglobin and blood grouped.
Deworming tablets provided for all 150 students.
Iron and folic acid supplement provided for 85 students.
