At our children and youth center, our personal development are still ongoing and we have started the pilot of our Personal development program that will be delivered alongside talent development.
We started with training the team about the PDP book and also how to teach young people. Today, we started the pilot with orientation week which features more than 50 children and yough.
This is a package that would help us to grow Root Foundation children who are talented, educated but on top of that with discipline and great attitude.
We are looking forward to have the next session throughout the week days and mainly in the weekend until Septermber
