Here are some voices of hope from Hagar Afghanistan's Transitional Care Center. Because of your support, they are able to speak out:
"For as long as I can remember, everyone I know, including my family, has hurt me. I no longer believed people could be trusted. Here at Hagar, I now feel safe. I understand there are still good people in the wolrd. Becuase of you. You try to help me and you care about me." Zarmina, age 30
"I am so happy at Hagar's Transitional Care Center. My sisters and I are now with our mother and we are safe. Our father is not here to bite us, spit on us, or hit us. And he can no longer stop us from going to school." Sana, age 9.
