Dear Friend,
Little Latvia continues to work wonders — even if the world remains quiet.
Thanks to the dedication of our local community, we have now raised €12,000 in Latvia toward bringing a grand piano to the Vecumnieki Music and Art School. In addition, we are expecting €30,000 in support from the local municipality, which brings this dream closer than ever before.
Our dream is truly within reach.
At the same time, international support has remained modest. Perhaps this is natural — a small corner on the world map rarely draws great attention. Still, we are deeply grateful to the few supporters abroad who believed in us and chose to stand with our children and their future.
In January, the school organized another heartfelt charity concert. Musicians and supporters gathered once again to share their talent and remind us why this dream matters. These moments strengthen the children’s hope and our determination.
We are not giving up on our dream — a grand piano will stand in Vecumnieki.
