Transform community life: Fund a Grand Piano!

Dear Supporters,

Thank you for being part of our journey to bring a grand piano to the Vecumnieki Music and Art School! Your generosity and belief in this project inspire us, and we are excited to share our progress with you.

As you know, this is an all-or-nothing effort—we must raise the full amount before we can purchase the piano. Unlike other projects where partial funding can still make a difference, here, every contribution is a step towards our ultimate goal: an instrument that will elevate the musical education and cultural life of our entire community.

So far, through GlobalGiving and other fundraising efforts, we have gathered close to €5,000 (including $232 from this platform). We are incredibly grateful for all contributions, big and small. A special thank you goes to Balcia Insurance, which has stepped in as a major donor, bringing us closer to making this dream a reality.

Beyond fundraising, we’ve been keeping the spirit of this project alive through four concerts held in Vecumnieki. These events have not only raised awareness but also brought our community together in a shared mission to enhance musical education and cultural opportunities for generations to come.

While we still have a long way to go, every donation, share, and word of encouragement helps us move forward. With continued support, we are confident that we will reach our goal and hear the first notes of a grand piano filling the halls of the Vecumnieki Music and Art School.
