Greetings and Happy Holidays from Nicaragua!
We wanted to introduce you to our neighbors as they are a group interested in learning and becoming trainers in biomass briquettes. Thanks to your help, they will organize a group of five and be able to hopefully participate in the January training. We can really see Demaris being a force for the future in this program.
We had the pleasure of celebrating Bianca's graduation from pre-school yesterday. They have very formal graduations here, from pre-school, grade school, junior high and secondary school as you will see in the photos below.
We're also excited that we have been contacted by two NGO's who are interested in participation of this project based on the news they've ready about here on our GlobalGiving Campaign page. We're hopeful this could mean additional direct or in-kind support to the training here.
We'll certainly keep you posted on any progress and updates as they unfold.
