Hey there, amazing supporters and community members! We’re thrilled to share some fantastic updates from our Strong Mamas Outreach Program, where empowerment, learning, and community spirit unite to create magic!
Training Success: 16 Weeks of Growth and Learning!
Our incredible participants have just completed a 16-week training adventure that’s been nothing short of transformative! Together, we explored crucial topics such as:
- Mental Health: Unlocking the secrets to emotional well-being.
- Disabilities: Breaking barriers and fostering inclusion.
- Immunisations: Protecting our little ones, one shot at a time!
- Hospital Visits: Making healthcare visits a breeze.
- Financial Literacy: Mastering the art of money management.
Celebrating Our Graduates!
And guess what? Ten amazing mamas have officially graduated! To celebrate their success, they’ve formed two dynamic small groups, ready to take their newfound knowledge into the community and make a real difference!
Community Outreach in Action!
Our fabulous groups have already kicked off their outreach efforts at the local public hospital. They’re on a mission to support families and spread awareness about the challenges faced by those living with disabilities. One of the groups has set an exciting goal: to open a water station! They’ve mapped out their plan, and with determination and teamwork, they’re on track to make this vision a reality. Let’s cheer them on!
What’s Next?
But wait, there’s more! We’re buzzing with excitement as we look ahead to our next training session scheduled for January! We’ll welcome a new group of strong mamas into our family, empowering them to embrace their community, support individuals with additional needs, and break down stigmas together.
