The Training & Job Opportunities for Youth project has officially begun with an inspiring first gathering of young people interested in becoming part of this initiative. This initial session allowed us to introduce the project's objectives, get to know the participants, and begin building a supportive environment where they feel motivated to grow personally and professionally.
Throughout the meeting, participants took part in interactive activities designed to encourage teamwork, self-confidence, and open dialogue about their aspirations, challenges, and future career goals. These conversations also helped our team better understand the needs and expectations of the young people, enabling us to tailor future training sessions to their interests and realities.
Beyond introducing the program, this first encounter laid the foundation for meaningful relationships among participants and created enthusiasm for the journey ahead. The young people expressed excitement about developing new skills, exploring employment opportunities, and receiving guidance that can help them build a brighter future.
This marks only the beginning of the project, and we are grateful to our donors for making these first steps possible. With your continued support, these young participants will soon begin specialized training, strengthen their employability skills, and gain access to opportunities that can positively transform their lives.
