Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your interest in the Train 50 Rural Girls in Hospital Management Skills project. At this time, no donations have been received, so the planned hospital management training activities have not yet begun.
Many girls in rural Nigeria continue to face limited access to healthcare career training because of poverty, lack of nearby programs, and financial barriers. At the same time, many healthcare facilities struggle with shortages of trained administrative personnel needed for smooth hospital operations and patient coordination.
Without practical training opportunities, many young women are left with limited career options and healthcare facilities continue to face administrative challenges that affect service delivery.
This project is designed to provide hands-on training in patient coordination, record keeping, scheduling, and hospital administrative duties for 50 rural girls interested in healthcare management careers. Participants will also receive learning materials, mentorship, and practical exposure within healthcare settings.
With the right support, these girls can gain employable healthcare administration skills while helping strengthen hospital services in underserved communities.
We remain hopeful that support will come so this important training project can begin and create opportunities for vulnerable young women.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
