In Nairobi's underserved communities, youth unemployment remains high, and few young people have access to affordable digital skills training is the single biggest barrier to entering today's job market. Demand far outpaces supply: for every 150 youth we can train each quarter, hundreds more are turned away for lack of funding. At the same time, mental health struggles go largely unaddressed, leaving many young people to cope alone without stigma-free support.
At our current pace, we train roughly 600 youth a year, each one becoming a wage-earner, small-business owner, or freelancer who reinvests in their family and community. As more graduates return as peer counselors and junior trainers, the HUB becomes a self-sustaining engine of opportunity. Every quarter of funding compounds into a growing network of digitally skilled, emotionally resilient young leaders across Nairobi.

Each graduate reinvests in their family and community, while many return as peer counselors and junior trainers, multiplying our impact without multiplying our costs. What starts as one training cycle becomes a lasting cycle of opportunity, mentorship, and mental wellness that keeps expanding long after the first cohort graduates.
