Comprehensive Protection for Girls in Medellin

As part of our commitment to supporting 37 girls on their journey toward empowerment, we have created educational spaces designed to strengthen their inner world and promote personal growth. Recently, we facilitated two deeply transformative workshops. The first focused on internal validation, helping participants recognize their personal strengths and understand self-care as the foundation of their overall well-being.

The second workshop, titled “Reconnecting with My Inner Fire: When Anger Has a Voice,” provided a vital space for reflection, expression, and healing. During this session, the girls explored and challenged social expectations that have traditionally encouraged silence or submission. Through interactive activities and guided discussions, they learned to embrace complex emotions such as anger in a healthy way, recognizing that when acknowledged and properly channeled, this emotion can become a powerful source of strength, self-awareness, and personal autonomy.

Stories of transformation emerge from every encounter. Girls who once questioned the value of their own voice are now beginning to see themselves as the owners of their inner fire—confident, resilient, and capable of shaping their own futures.
