Dear Global Giving Community,
We have some wonderful news for you!
The first phase of the training for Tibetan diplomats in the conduct of diplomacy has now been scheduled from May 4th to May 15th at the Holiday Inn at Rosslyn, Virginia, USA. The participants are led by the Dr. Lobsang Sangay, the Prime Minister. Other participants for the training include Tibetan diplomats from Europe, Russia, South Africa, South Asia, East Asia and USA.
The trainers include professionals from the the field of international relations and ex-foreign service personnel. We are currently organizing the accommodation and flight tickets for all the participants.
The two week training program will also include opportunities for the Tibetan diplomats to network with various United Nations organizations as well as advocacy groups and scholars.
A reception will be hosted on 9th May, 2015 for the Tibetan particpants.
Given the vast content to be covered in relation to the conduct of training, additional phases of the training will be conducted in Dharamsala and Europe over the next two years.
As we organize the logistics for the first phase, your donations are always a big help. Every dollar counts and we look forward to your enthusiastic support.
Thank you,
Mary Vayaliparampil
