Owing to inflation and modifications to numerous regulations in both Kenya and the United States, the SOL Foundation is currently cooperating with Kenyan partners. At the Nairobi Public School, we recently had a School Garden celebration. Everyone gathered together for the one-day event, including international foundations, local businesses, and local organizations. In addition to serving food and planting 100 trees inside the school grounds, we were able to teach kids about the value of the environment.
We held a similar event in Kissii, near the Nairobi border, and the local team of Kenya's president joined us to highlight the value of the environment and education. Everyone engaged in conversation and tree planting.
Not only do these gatherings unite people in the battle against climate change, but they also raise awareness of the value of planting trees and provide nutritious food for local populations.
