Thank you very much for your generous donations! We are pleased to inform you that our project has already raised $ 5,470 from 87 donors, which allowed us to stay on the platform GlobalGiving and become partners. “When our first baby was born – the happiness from this event was overshadowed by child's diagnosis, which was made in the maternity house. But now, 4 years later, we can confidently say that our family is happy. Yes, Alina has developmental delays but she makes us happy with her first words and independent actions, any of her achievement make us happy. It is steadily moving forward, although his own, special, leisurely pace "- says Alina's mother, the girl with Down syndrome.
CF Early Intervention Institute has opened three Early Intervention Centers in outpatient clinics (policlinics) in our city Kharkiv for support of the families and rehabilitation of the children from 0 to three with developmental delays and disabilities. Now 190 families get the early intervention service there.
We are very pleased and encouraged by the results of our work. 4 children with Down syndrome began to attend regular kindergarten after our center. This is quite a new experience, when children with Down syndrome go to regular kindergarten.
Our EI team: child neurologist, psychologist, speech pathologist, physical therapist develops the Individual plan for each family according to the unique needs of the child and family. We pays special
