Dear Leadership Initiatives Donor,
We would like to issue a sincere thank you for your donations! You help us to continue our work in empowering and elevating the rights of individuals across Bauchi State, Nigeria. Your contributions have led to the Leadership Initiatives community continuing their mission of improving the rights of victims of human rights abuses, specifically human trafficking. We have immersed ourselves in the culture of Nigeria, enabling for us to better know and serve the communities your donations help.
We are currently working on a brief to the National Human Rights Commission of Nigeria. This brief serves to highlight the issues we have been fighting to alleviate as well as put pressure on these international organizations to continue helping Nigeria.
We the members of Team 1059 have been working with LI Project Coordinator Auwal to assess the current human rights violations surrounding Human Trafficking in the area. We have had multiple skype calls with our project coordinator to develop a relationship with him as well as go over vital information. Currently, we are working to continue fundraising and facilitate an even better communication with our Project Coordinator. His information is incredibly valuable. We are also looking to research our own organizations fighting human trafficking so we can learn from their successes and failures.
As a donator to this project, your support is an amazing thing to have as we attempt to transform lives.
