Students gather together to welcome Aflatoun

Six (6) schools were formally welcomed into the Aflatoun program in partnership with Bukidnon Transport Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BUKTRAMCO) last March 3-5, 2014. Children from Quezon Central Elementary School, Salawagan Elementary School, Kiburiao Elementary School, San Jose Elementary School, Busco Elementary School, and Mirangiran Elementary School were excited to meet Aflatoun and learn more about the adventures that many of them wanted to open their savings accounts immediately. Mr. Felix Catolin, Mr. Ruperto Baguio, Mr. Demetrio Llagas, and Mr. Edward Bongabong who are all board members of BUKTRAMCO were present during the launch responding to concerns and questions, assuring the schools of the Cooperative’s capability to sustain the program.

Parent participation was also acknowledged in the financial endeavor. BUKTRAMCO, motivated by the feedback of its constituents and youth, is ready to provide a meaningful Aflatoun experience for the kids to the best they can. NATCCO congratulates its new Aflatoun partners for partaking in the financial journey.
