Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your support toward the TB: BCG Vaccines for Newborns in Poor Communities project. Your contribution is truly appreciated and gives hope to families in underserved communities. However, the donations received so far are not yet enough to kickstart the project, and more support is needed.
Many newborns in parts of Bauchi, Gombe, and Taraba States still miss the BCG vaccine due to poor access to healthcare, distance from clinics, and low immunisation coverage. Without early vaccination, babies remain exposed to severe forms of tuberculosis that can become life-threatening.
This project is designed to bring mobile vaccination outreach services directly to hard-to-reach communities, helping newborns receive the BCG vaccine on time while also educating parents on the importance of immunisation.
With the right support, more children can be protected early in life and families can gain better access to preventive healthcare services.
We remain grateful for the support received so far and hopeful that additional contributions will make it possible to begin this outreach in vulnerable communities.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
