Dear friends of Sustainable Rural Life,
We are happy to inform you that with help of our partner Niparajá Natural History Society (NGO), 309 clean cookstoves have been completed and 139 solar cookers have been delivered in rural communities of Sierra de la Giganta and Guadalupe in the state of Baja California Sur, México!
We keep supporting the creation of standards for clean cookstoves that will provide guidelines for efficiency, emissions, durability and safety. These standards are important to ensure that the clean cookstoves different organizations build really are clean, and are reducing firewood consumption.
With help our partner ProFauna (NGO) we also achieved to purchase a cutting machine glass for the integrated management of waste in Sierra de Zapalinamé in order to support the transformation of large amounts of glass waste material into handicrafts.
Please help us with a donation today to keep supporting more rural communities in Mexico to improve their life quality while protecting their environment!
Thank you for your continued support.
