The following documents provide some background into YTF and our first community technology and learning center, the Owerri Digital Village in Nigeria. Since the inception of the ODV, YTF has worked with other like-minded organizations and ground to establish the Ewelle Digital Village (Cameroon) and the Sironko Digital Village (Uganda).
