It seems that summer is almost over for children in the United States, but for the students at the Light School at Ishahayi, the summer break is just about to begin! This week, the children are taking their final exams.
IBSF has had another successful year supporting the Light School. Because of your support, no prospective student was turned away because they couldn’t afford their school fees.
Your support also funded the following initiatives during the 2013-2014 school year:
We were also able to bring many new visitors (more than 39 new faces this year!) out to the Light School for monthly visits to see our work in progress. For our supporters abroad, thank you for letting us share our success via photos and stories. We are making a difference here in Nigeria. Many, many coconuts to you!
