Thank you for Supporting our Amazing Team!

By Kelly Martin | CEO

Thank you so much for your support, your donations have allowed us to continue supporting our amazing team of female scientists. Although COVID-19 still continues to change the way we work, our team continues to work hard in driving our programmes forward.

Funds raised have been used to ensure our local team remains employed during this time and are able to work from the safety of their homes. Due to the pandemic, our programmes have had to be temporarily suspended to adhere to safety regulations, but this doesn't mean we haven't been busy. Our team are developing our programmes so we can hit the ground running once we can resume operations. We have been also using this time to engage with our online network of supporters, through competitions, online quizzes and our online store. To add, we are working with teachers in Kwale County to develop packages to be distributed to students during COVID-19, to help support students and teachers, and to ensure that no child is left behind!

We are also excited to share with you our new website, jam-packed with quizzes, regular blogs from our marine team, all our newsletters and reports, information on our programmes, and online sponsorship packages.

In July we published our strategic plan for the next 5 years, outlining our mission, vision, values, and goals. This will be vital in driving our programmes forward and growing our organisation!

Please take a moment to check some of the cool things we have developed for you by clicking on the links below;

We really cannot thank you enough for your continued support, it means so much to us that we have you!

Thank you

Marine Team
