Dear all,
On behalf of the Board of Directors and on my own behalf as a founding member of the Mayanja Memorial Hospital Foundation, I hereby extend my sincere appreciation for the enormous contributions you have made towards giving vulnerable youth in Uganda a chance to enter the health workforce. Many of the youth who have benefited from the scholarship fund are orphans – and some of them are the primary breadwinners in their households. With your support we have built their employment skills and invested in our country’s health system.
Your contributions have enabled us to extend scholarships to 18 students,ensuring that they have the funds to complete their 3-year nursing course. But the demand for tuition support is still enormous, with 28 more eligible students waiting funding. We invite you to consider supporting the education of another student in any small way that you can. May God bless you in this noble cause.
