Last month (March) saw the release of results of final year students who sat end of program national examinations for Certificate Nurses and Midwives in November 2017. One of the finalists was partially supported by GlobalGiving Funds. This student is now ready to be registered by the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council and will then be eligible for employment as a Nurse. Through this employment opportunity the graduate wil be able to improve his well being and that of the whole family. The student was able to complete on schedule with the support from GlobalGiving.
