Language Connect grew to 8,000 active learners in 2025. Volunteer conversation partners deliver weekly video practice in any language across 50 countries. 7,805 sessions delivered. .
Mentors for Ukraine matched 2,000 displaced professionals with 400 career mentors. Matching is by industry, seniority, and geography.
Skills Academy launched in 2025. 1-on-1 expert sessions across 10 fields. Verified certificates with QR codes. Free for all participants.
All three programmes now form one pathway. A participant can start with a buddy, move to language practice, build technical skills, and end with a career mentor in their field. 20,000 people are currently in the system across all programmes. Every programme is free. Infrastructure runs on open-source tools and serverless hosting, which is why we can serve this many people at this cost.
