Over recent months, The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) has significantly advanced our digital skills training, mentorship, and employment initiatives supporting Ukrainian refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs). Through our comprehensive online workshops, participants gain essential skills in web development, content management, digital marketing, and project management, preparing them effectively for remote and local job markets.

Central to our approach is TEEI's Automated Mentorship Platform, which utilizes advanced algorithms and an intuitive interface to seamlessly connect mentees with experienced industry mentors.
