Facilitating Action for Community Empowerment (FACE) has contributed to reducing hunger in South Sudan through both emergency assistance and long-term resilience initiatives. In collaboration with the international organizations, FACE has supported internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees, and refugees in the Abyei Special Administrative Area through the distribution of essential food items. Beyond emergency relief, FACE promotes household kitchen gardens, enabling families to grow nutritious vegetables and improve their daily meals. These efforts strengthen food security and encourage self-reliance. To sustain this progress and build resilient communities that can live independently, FACE requires long-term support from GlobalGiving and its generous donors.
