Since the summer, Beit Uri residents have taken to climbing to great heights with the help of 'Etgarim-Challenges" Association for the Disabled. Outdoor activities and educational programs have opened up a world of adventure and excitement to the 118 residents - both children and adults - living in the village.
Residents can be found climbing, swinging from trees, overcoming their anxieties harnesssed and supervised with equipment freeing them from the complexities of wheelchair constraints, visually impaired accessories and mobility walkers.
Many residents during the corona restrictions have spread their wings and enjoyed the benefits of outside activities providing enjoyment at the same time as exercising their bodies.
Thank you all for supporting this unique and important program, helping the residents stay healthy and happy !
Wishing all Beit Uri's friends a Happy and Healthy 2022 !
