Puducherry has experienced 36.2 mm of rainfall in the month of November 2021 causing huge damage on houses and people living in low lying area were evacuated and accommodated in disaster relief shelters.
Prime Trust is trying to raise support for the people to provide dry ration, tarpulin and to provide household utensils which were lost during the floods.
To make a request to the donor, we are making a survey in Francoise Garden where we work at present. Two M.S.W students of Sanksrit University, Paiyanur, Kerala helped to make a survey. They are gettting ready to make a report. Once the report is ready, it will be submitted to few of our donors.
Some of the houses got damaged and it requires huge money to put into its original structure.
