By emma bajardi | Project coordinator

Children in the dining room
Children in the dining room

A number of major interventions has been made at Casa San Salvador in Miacatlàn in the past months.

We are happy to announce the kitchen building is back to being used, our children are again eating their meals in their dining room! Soon we will begin the rehabilitation works of the kitchen.

In two dorm homes the rooms are being refurbished and subdevided to house smaller groups of children. The foundations have been build for new homes.

The blacksmiths are manufacturing new bedroom closets and mounting windows and doors.

The Southern and Western perimetral wall of the property was 100% completed by the contractor. It's an important endeavor for the security of the NPH coummunity.

The hydraulic network was refurbished. The old network was dismantled, the new one is now connected to the water tank and fully operating. Demolished areas were repaired. Water pressure was tested to satisfactory levels.

In the tractor storage area the damaged wall was demolished and is currently being rebuilt.

Tahnk you for your support. Stay tuned for the next update!
