As the year comes to a close we would like to thank all of you for supporting the ICAP 2016 Fellows. The 2015 program in Washington DC and in Aspen, Colorado was a huge success. This year ICAP started on September 26, 2015 in Washington DC, with an orientation program that featured senior-level speakers from the public and private sector. On October 10, 2015, the full ICAP program began with 22 fellows from around the country. This week was just the beginning of the close ties and mutual support among the participants that continues beyond the Aspen experience.

At this year’s program fellows explored international policy issues that senior officials will have to deal with over the next decade; discussed the characteristics, values, experiences and credentials associated with leadership and revisted the importance of diversity to effective and high quality leadership for the United States. As we begin the holiday season we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support.

Happy Holidays,

ICAPAA Fundraising Committee
