In many communities across Imo State, women and children still face difficulty accessing basic healthcare. High costs, limited clinics, and delayed treatment continue to put lives at risk.

This situation leads to preventable illness, complications during pregnancy, and poor child health outcomes.

This project is designed to provide maternal care, child health services, vaccinations, and access to essential medicines, reaching those who need care the most.
