We need your support to ensure a healthy life for women affected by war and their newborns, to mitigate the consequences of the conflict, and to fill the void left by the closure of many reproductive health centers and hospitals. We also want to build a better future, with fewer illnesses and healthy generations who will contribute to the country's reconstruction.
In times of war, when millions are left homeless, we strive to guarantee every human being's right to access healthcare, especially for women and children. The challenge for women lies in ensuring good reproductive health for women and newborns when the basic needs of their families are not met. Your empathy and generosity will make all the difference and help preserve life in the face of violence.
Support Healthcare for Women and children is a maternal and child health project in the North and East of the DRC, comprising six hospitals specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, pediatric units, and intermediate and intensive care units for newborns.
We rely on your support, which will enable us to provide concrete assistance in reproductive health to women, children, and newborns, including cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries. Your generosity will be immediately distributed to reproductive health hospitals in northeastern DRC, which are currently suffering from a lack of funding.
