Provide urgent humanitarian assistance to displaced families living in extremely poor and unsafe conditions in the Khan Yunis beach area, helping restore basic human dignity and access to essential necessities.
Hana's family of 9 is living in extremely difficult conditions in a tent in Khan Yunis. Two children with disabilities and convulsions require medications and diapers that the family cannot reliably access. The entire family is experiencing fear, anxiety, and disrupted sleep due to their unsafe shelter and exposure to harsh coastal conditions. With no reliable source of income, the family struggles to meet even their most basic needs. Hana's family represents many others on Gaza's beaches.
This project seeks to provide safe shelter, food, electricity/lighting, sanitary bathroom facilities, diapers and medications for children with disabilities, and other humanitarian support.
Hana's family represents thousands of other displaced families living in similar conditions. This project will provide temporary relief so displaced families can live a life closer to dignity.
