We have conducted quite number of flu vThis event was with the Congolese community in the Fox Valley Area. This was a non-vaccinated event. Pointters provided COVID vaccine information and education, family support services, COVID at-home kits, and health insurance enrollment with the local community health center.accination.
The goals identified by the PCI team for the proposed project period are as follows:
100% of participants in each PCI-facilitated event will obtain a COVID-19 vaccine.
100% of participants within each PCI-facilitated event will obtain referrals to community
resources to assist in one of the following areas: food insecurity, healthcare, financial
assistance, mental health services,
100% of participants in each PCI-facilitated event will receive information to access community-
We had an average of 100 black african american who particiapated in this event. The education is to ensure Covid and Flu vaccination education go through the appropriate channels. We got the community leaders to participage in the prrogram to ensure support and approval.
