The project provides education fees, academic books, stationaries, mentorship, and other life skill knowledge and capacity-building opportunities to 40 school-terminated orphan girls of who lost their parents and caring family members due to civil war and ethnic-based conflict in Ethiopia.
Due to the current Socio-Political instability in Ethiopia, many children and girls lost their parents and caring family members as a result of recurrent civil war and ethnic-based conflict, which forced them to terminate their school program. So, WACWADO will provide 40 school-terminated orphan girls with education fees, books, stationaries, mentorship, and life skill capacity building.
Selected age 10-15 age, 40 school-terminated orphan girls and will provide education fees, mentorship, academic books, stationaries and life skill knowledge, and capacity building peer-to-peer support. So those orphan girls will become part of a larger solution and active social change makers within the community.
