Project Report | May 10, 2012
Building our Capacity to Help Youths

By Emma Taylor | EDV Media and Marketing Director

It’s been almost five months since we left Haiti and the fantastic youth-led projects made possible.

Since leaging Haiti, we've been preparing to respond to future disasters by fundraising, business planning, and forging new partnerships so that we’ll be ready when the next disaster strikes.

While we’ve been busy building our capacity to respond to disasters worldwide in 2012, we know that there are youth-groups the world over working hard to better their communities. When disaster strikes in 2012, as it inevitably will, we’ll be there, ready to work with young people affected by disaster.

We’ll keep you informed of our future plans as they develop, and we hope that when we’re needed again, you’ll be there with us as you were in Haiti.

Thanks again for all you made possible in Haiti, and we look forward to working with you again in disaster zones around the world in 2012.
