Bhumi's initiatives have significantly impacted the educational journey of underprivileged children and youth. Through various programs, Bhumi bridges the gap in formal education by providing support to approximately 68,000 underprivileged children, covering areas such as language, STEAM education, life-skills support, and scholarships for higher education.
The comprehensive support provided by Bhumi has led to remarkable achievements, including producing school toppers and shaping the careers of numerous students. Additionally, Bhumi's efforts extend to providing academic support for children in grades 9-12 and offering technology and creative skills training for youth aged 18-27 through academic tutors and trainers. Here are the key achievements for the last quarter:
- Number of Students supported through scholarships: 300
- Scholarships disbursed: 34 lakhs
- Volunteer Hours clocked: 1.39 Lakh hrs
- Skill-ed's Upskill college students through CoE: 2,700
- Placement of students through Skill-ed: 91,051
- No of students supported via infrastructural & WASH development projects: 16,000+
These efforts have not only enhanced academic excellence for children but also improved job readiness for youth, thus contributing to the overall mission of brightening children's lives.
